ABOUT Hooper Realty

Alan Hooper founded Hooper Development which encompasses Hooper Construction, Hooper Realty, and Hooper Management. He has been building a development company one experience at a time for over fifteen years. Alan believes in Downtown Fort Lauderdale.

A graduate of Florida State University, he is also a Certified General Contractor and a Real Estate Broker. Alan takes an active role in the cultural and educational activities of the area, serving on numerous boards of directors/chairs such as the Museum of Art, Fort Lauderdale, Friends of the Southside School, and the Flagler Village Improvement Association, He also serves as the Vice President of the Downtown Development Authority and as the Chairman of the TMA-Transit and Management Authority.

Carola Hooper has been a realtor in Fort Lauderdale for over 25 years and is Sales Manager of the firm. Originally form Lima, Peru, Carola established herself as the leader among a new South American market along Galt Ocean Mile and Coral Ridge in the 1970’s and 80’s.

Ms. Hooper/s experience and expertise has evolved into the newest phase of her career at the Hooper Companies. As the Sales Manager of Hooper Realty, Carola has overseen the sales of Avenue Lofts which began in 2000, until completely sold out. Carola anticipates great success with future projects on the horizon for Flagler Village and Downtown Fort Lauderdale.
